When exporting this product, it must be packed separately as three raw materials: resin, hardener and colored sand. These three need to be packed separately.
1. Resin (Resin / Base – usually component A)
Resin is the main substrate for self-leveling flooring. Colored sand flooring is often made with epoxy resin (solvent-free, i.e. 100% solids).
Very high transparency and resistance to yellowing are necessary, otherwise the color of the colored sand will be covered.
Base resin: Bisphenol A epoxy resin or bisphenol F epoxy resin are most commonly used (the latter has lower viscosity and better self-leveling properties).
Reactive diluents: Usually diluents (BGE, AGE, etc.) are added beforehand to make the resin flow like water and easy to apply.

The hardener is the deciding factor for the drying speed, hardness and chemical resistance of the flooring. Colored sand self-leveling flooring has very high aesthetic requirements, so the hardener should have low viscosity, high transparency, and extremely high anti-yellowing ability.
Core Component: Modified cycloaliphatic amine is most common. Floors made with this hardener have a good gloss, are less prone to blushing and are resistant to UV yellowing.
Another option is Polyetheramine (like the Jeffamine series) which has also excellent transparency and leveling properties.

3. Colored Sand (Colored Sand/Quartz Aggregate-usually component C)
The visual core determines the color of the flooring and also provides the abrasion resistance.
Main component: Silica sand (Quartz sand / Silica sand). This requires quartz sand with a very high silica ($SiO₂) content, not just common river or sea sand.
Process Quartz sand high temperature sintering and dyeing, and then coated with a protective film (generally acrylic or polyurethane coating) to ensure that it will not fade or bleed in the strongly alkaline epoxy resin.
