Introduction of Aluminum Pigments for Plastics

The special aluminum pigment for plastics is made of aluminum silver paste to remove excess solvent, then add carrier and abundant additives, and extrude at high temperature into cylinders with a diameter of 1.8-2.4mm and a length of 8-10mm. The aluminum powder (aluminum flakes) in the special aluminum pigments for plastics is in the shape of silver dollars or corn flakes, and the D50 ranges from 5 to 100 μm. The content of aluminum in the product accounts for about 80%, and the remaining 20% is carriers and additives.
