Pigment Green 7 Applications
Pigment Green 7 is a general-purpose organic pigment that can be widely used in various production fields such as inks, coatings, plastics, and textiles.
1. In the ink industry, Pigment Green 7 is mainly used in offset ink, Metal decoration ink, Water-based Flexo ink, and Screen ink. Among them, Green 7 has excellent applicability to Water-based ink. In ink, it is used for packaging ink, plastic laminated film ink, and metal decoration ink, with a thermal stability of 220℃/10min and resistant to varnish.
2. In the coating industry, Green 7 is mainly used in coatings, including industrial coatings, water-based decorative paints, solvent decorative paints, textile printing coatings (can also be used for spinning coloring, with excellent light and weather fastness), high-end automotive primers, outdoor coatings, and powder coatings;
3. In the plastic industry, the coloring strength on plastics is lower than that of phthalocyanine blue, which can reach 300℃ in polystyrene and ABS, while phthalocyanine blue is 240℃. Besides, pigment green 7 also can be used to PVC, PO, Fiber, PP, PU and other plastics.
