Pigment Red 208 Properties and Uses
Pigment Red 208 can be mixed with P.Y.83, P.Y.139 or carbon black to form brown, orange and dark red shades. It is a high-performance alternative to Clariant's Novoperm Red HF2B with excellent migration resistance and compatibility with a wide range of polymer systems.
Red 208 is widely used in Fiber, PP, PO, Polyvinyl chloride (PVC), Fiber, PP, PO, PE(LDPE, HDPE), Rubber polyurethane (PU) and soft plastics, especially in cable insulation due to its excellent dielectric properties.
Besides, it also can be used for various inks, coatings, and textile printing.
