iSuoChem® Orange Yellow turns to Red thermochromatic pigment is made using micro-encapsulation technology. It uses tiny capsules that react to temperature changes and then changes color.
We usually produce Cold changing or Heat changing Color-color thermochromic thermochromatic pigments by adding fluorescent pigments as base colors.
For example, we will use Orange yellow fluorescent pigment and Red thermochromic thermo pigment to produce Orange Yellow changing to Red Thermochromatic pigment.

BASE TEMPERATURES
Regular Temperatures: 5℃, 10℃, 16℃, 31℃, 33℃, 43℃, 45℃, 50℃, 65℃ and other degrees (All colors available).
Customized Temperatures: 70℃~130℃ (Color available: Red, Yellow, Green, Black in thermochromic paint)
Max processing temperature is around 200℃ - 230℃ (less than 10 minutes).
