Product Applications
Pigment red 122 is primarily used in high-end coatings such as automotive original equipment manufacturer (OEM) paints, metallic glitter paints, and powder coatings.

It also play quite well for solution coloring of engineering plastics such as PS, ABS, PP, and PET.

In the ink sector, Red PR122 is suitable for offset inks, decorative inks for composite plastic films, and sterilization packaging inks.

In coatings, RED122 is used in water-based/solvent-based decorative paints, industrial coatings, and textile printing. When combined with molybdate chrome orange, it enhances the weatherability of outdoor coatings.

Organic pigment red 122 performs well in the coloring of polyester slurries and transparent plastics such as PC and PMMA. It also meets the processing requirements of polyolefins such as LDPE, HDPE, and PP.
