iSuoChem® Yellow to orange heat sensitive pigment powder is made using microencapsulation technology. It uses tiny capsules that react to changes in temperature and turn into different colors.
We usually produce Cold changing or Heat changing Color-color heat sensitive pigment powder by adding neon pigments as base colors.
For example, we will use (Orange thermochromic pigment + yellow neon pigment) to produce Yellow to orange heat sensitive pigment powder.

COLOR CHANGING PRINCIPLE
The Heat sensitive pigments change color by expanding and contracting microcapsules.
BASE TEMPERATURES
Regular Temperatures: 5℃, 10℃, 16℃, 31℃, 33℃, 43℃, 45℃, 50℃, 65℃ and other degrees (All colors available).
Customized Temperatures: 70℃~130℃ (Color available: Red, Yellow, Green, Black in heat changing paint)
Max processing temperature is around 200℃ - 230℃ (less than 10 minutes).
